Hard as it is to believe, the movie has been out now for 32 years, having been released in April of 1993. The cast of 'The Sandlot' will be in Boise on May 17, with tickets going on sale for the event on March 14. They will be at The Egyptian Theatre at 7 PM that night and will allow fans of the movie to watch the movie with the cast, hear behind-the-scenes stories, and ask questions they have always wanted to know. For those unaware, the movie was filmed not far from Idaho, with most of the film being filmed in different areas around Salt Lake City. The picture above shows what the Sandlot looks like today, which tragically isn't much to look at, but is an iconic place for many movie fans.
