Twin Falls Police Intensify Search for Vehicles Linked to Fatal Shooting
The Twin Falls Police Department is actively seeking the public's assistance in locating two vehicles of interest connected to the tragic shooting that occurred on July 3, 2024. The incident, which took place at approximately 7:22 p.m. in the parking complex of the Fawnbrook Apartments at 645 Fawnbrook Avenue, resulted in the death of 35-year-old Miguel Lawrence Garza.
Incident Details and Response
On the evening of July 3, Twin Falls Police Officers responded swiftly to reports of shots fired at the Fawnbrook Apartments. Upon arrival, they discovered Miguel Lawrence Garza had been shot. Garza was immediately transported to St. Luke’s Magic Valley Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries the following morning.

Twin Falls Police are seeing a male and female who were caught on camera possibly running from the scene in connection with the shooting.

Vehicles of Interest
As part of the investigation, the Twin Falls Police Department is requesting the public's help in identifying two vehicles potentially connected to the shooting. One vehicle is a two-door white Dodge pickup, distinguished by a faded “Dodge” decal on its tailgate, missing license plates, four hooks on the top bed rail, and what looks like a temporary registration in the driver-side rear window. The other vehicle is a four-door grey or silver Ford Explorer, characterized by chrome door handles, chrome/silver wheels, and a roof rack.
