
Teen Killed in Southern Idaho Motorcycle Accident Tuesday Morning
The Idaho State Police in Southern Idaho have reported a tragic accident involving a young motorcycle rider near Rupert.
Police say the crash happened early Tuesday morning on State Highway 25 near mile marker 57 in Minidoka County, southwest of Rupert.
Juvenile Killed in Southern Idaho Motorcycle Crash
The ISP report states:
A male juvenile from Rupert, was traveling northbound on State Highway 25 on a 2006 Yamaha YZDE6 motorcycle and failed to navigate a curve and left the roadway and was thrown from the motorcycle.
The juvenile was wearing a helmet when the accident happened, but sadly passed away from injuries sustained in the crash. The accident is being investigated by Idaho State Police.

The teen motorcycle accident fatality is the 3rd fatal motorcycle accident in Idaho over the last 2 weeks.
On June 26th, a motorcycle rider was killed when he struck a semi-truck in Wendell, and a motorcycle driver was killed on June 29th after failing to negotiate a curve near Rigby.
