This Twin Falls, ID City Employee Is One Of The Top 10 In The United States

The City of Twin Falls just sent out a news release congratulating the Twin Falls City Manager for being among the best in the United States.

The recognition is based on a report from the Government Business Review, where a story titled ‘Leading Transformation in a Growing Community’ highlights the achievements of the city employee.

Travis Rothweiler is the City Manager of Twin Falls and has held that position since 2011. During that time, Rothweiler has overseen extensive growth in Twin Falls, including a shift to digital systems, setting a long-term plan for the city, and the addition of large businesses like Chobani and Clif Bar.

Rothweiler believes his success is due to the team he works with. In the Government Business Review article, it states: ’surround yourself with people who are smarter than you, empower them fully, and then trust them to do their jobs’.

Rothweiler was listed on the Idaho Transparency website as the highest-paid Twin Falls employee in 2024, with a salary of $225,999.90.
