These WA, UT, And ID Sites Are Considered Most Haunted
American landmarks that are reported to have paranormal or ghostly energies associated with them have become big draws for tourism in the past few decades.
Like any other states, Idaho, Utah, and Washington State are home to many locations with dark pasts and notable histories.
Shows like Ghost Hunters and Ghost Adventures started a massive wave of people worldwide getting interested in paranormal investigating more than 20 years ago. Old, abandoned buildings throughout the United States have been given a new life thanks to the exposure they've been given by such programs.
The Most Haunted Locations in Utah, Idaho, and Washington State

I recently saw a list that was compiled by CBS News titled The Most Haunted Places in America. Unfortunately, I haven't visited any of the sites highlighted by the news agency for Utah, Idaho, and Washington State, but maybe some of you have.
Beginning with Washington, the Olympic Club Hotel was listed as the top haunted site in the state. The hotel is in Centralia, 85 miles southwest of Seattle. Sightings go back to the early 1900s.

Idaho's top spooky landmark mentioned by CBS is the Shoshone Ice Caves, located 44 miles north of Twin Falls. The site is said to be visited by the spirts of Native Americans who might be buried there.
The Mountain Meadows Massacre site in Utah was named most haunted for that state. The reason for this is all in the name. Sites that experienced a large number of people losing their lives in horrific ways are thought to have residual energies, according to many in the ghost investigations community.
