More Stocking to Take Place at Area Fisheries
HAGERMAN, Idaho (KLIX) – Two area fisheries will be stocked with catchable trout this week, according to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game.
Frank Oster Pond No. 1 and Riley Creek each will be stocked with 500 fish sometime between April 25 and 29. Both fisheries, among others, also were stocked last week.
They will be stocked again between May 2-6, each with 475 trout. Other fisheries scheduled for stocking that week include Salmon Falls Creek Reservoir (2,850), Niagara Springs (380), and the Little Wood (25) and Big Wood (425) rivers.
The stocking schedule is tentative and is dependent on water conditions.
