Debate arises over the name of California's alert system for missing Black individuals

Authorities say an Idaho woman who allegedly took her three children in a custody squabble may be in the Phoenix metropolitan area on the way to Mexico. The FBI in Salt Lake City says an Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning for a 9-year-old boy and two girls, ages 5 and 7.

An Amber Alert has been issued for three children out of Caldwell. Police say the kids are likely with their biological mother, who has lost custody of them. Esmerelda Guerrero-Lopez is a 5-year-old Hispanic girl with black hair, brown eyes, about 3 feet and 7 inches tall, and weighs 45 lbs.
