WASHINGTON, D.C. (KLIX) In what is being called an overdue decision, Idaho lawmakers are praising the removal of a trade ban on United States beef in China.

week. A number of meetings and seminars are being held on Idaho’s cattle
industry. Right now things are looking up for ranchers in the state. Idaho
Cattle Association President Richard Savage says many have found business in
markets outside of the United States...
Idaho residents say they are cutting back on luxury food items like chips and ice cream because the rising cost of groceries is taking a bite out of their pocketbooks. Food prices are trending higher, with beef setting back buyers some 10 percent more while fish and seafood has risen more than 8 percent.
