UPDATE: Police have identified the 63 year old woman who was killed in a crash with a semi-truck hauling diesel. According to Idaho State Police, Susan Hobbs, of Clayton, was not wearing a seat belt and died in the crash. The driver of the semi was wearing a seat belt and survived the crash without serious injury. Crews were able to open a portion of Highway 75 Tuesday evening. RIGBY, Idaho (KLIX)
