Election Day! What you Need to Know
Idahoans across will head to the polls today to cast votes on a number of issues including city council races and school funding. In the Magic Valley there are a number of school funding issues for citizens to decide on including a tax levy for the Filer School District to fund ongoing programs.
New Twin Falls City Hall Opens to the Public
Citizens of Twin Falls can now access city services at the new city hall in downtown. City staff have been gradually moving from a temporary building on Shoshone to just down the street on Main Avenue in the newly reconstructed building.

Early voting has started for Twin Falls County as the November elections approach. Twin Falls County citizens can cast their votes at the County West Building in Twin Falls every weekday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until Friday, November 3.
Filer Recall Effort Fails to Gain Enough Signatures
A petition to put a recall ballot measure for Filer's mayor and city council on November's ballot has fallen short. The Twin Falls County Clerk's Office sent the petitions back just short of 196 signatures, which is the threshold needed to get the measure on the ballot.
