Barring any further COVID-19 concert cancellations, two of the best-selling recording artists of all time will be strumming guitars together on a southwest Idaho stage this May.

Chris Stapleton had to reschedule his concert this year due to COVID 19 and 2020 being an overall jerk. Thankfully, he has announced the rescheduled concert for next year and if you want to see him in concert, tickets are on sale now

Garth Brooks was originally supposed to host a drive in concert at ExtraMile Arena at Boise State University but due to COVID 19 restrictions and the campus closing it had to be cancelled. Well Blake Shelton has decided to give it a shot himself, and he isn't going to be alone.

The band has had a busy 2019 so far, having began the year as performers on the Rock Legends Cruise in February.

The band, which has sold more than 20 million albums worldwide, is rumored to be releasing a new album this year, according to Wikipedia

 In 2010, Lewis' band grabbed country music fans attention with the release of "Town Line," an album that featured collaborations from Charlie Daniels and George Jones. 

The band's last stop in Boise was in December of 2009.

The "Shiny And Oh So Bright," tour will kick off July 12 in Arizona, according to the band's website.

Combined, the two bands have sold close to 100 million albums world wide

The majority of the group's current lineup have been actively touring and releasing material since Thomas parted ways from Jefferson Starship in the early 90s and formed the new band
