It would appear that Idaho shares a curiosity for pulled pork with only one other state in the union, New Hampshire. After a whole summer of searching for these recipes and cooking tips, hopefully, Idaho has now got its BBQ food down to a science for the Labor Day cookout.

There are food, drinks, gadgets, whatever and Idahoan needs to survive. I am pretty sure I can't live without these things so I may have officially made it as a true Idahoan.

Labor Day weekend is pretty much the last hoorah of summer. Not to mention a wonderful barbecue weekend. We have to know if you prefer to grill or smoke your food this weekend.
