Boise police have released more information regarding a Twin Falls County Magistrate Judge who was recently cited by that department on a charge of excessive DUI.  The Times News reports that Judge Nicole Cannon was pulled over by Boise police in April after a police officer noticed her vehicle had crossed over the fog line at least twice.

A Twin Falls County 5th Judicial District Magistrate Judge has been cited by Boise police for driving under the influence.  The Times News reports today that Magistrate Nicole Cannon was cited on April 19th for excessive driving under the influence.  According to Idaho law, a DUI is considered excessive when the blood alcohol content measures at least .20.  Idaho’s legal limit is .08.
