Home Invasion Suspect Gets 20 Years
One of the men who participated in a home invasion in Dietrich last March is going to prison for at least 20 years.  Yesterday 5th District Judge John Butler sentenced Jeremiah Bennett to 20 to 25 years for a kidnapping conviction, 10 years for burglary and 20 years to life for the robbery.
Jerome Man Who Shot Cop May Go To Prison
A Jerome man faces up to 40 years in prison for several charges including shooting a Jerome police officer.  30 year old Christopher Taylor appeared in 5th District Court in Jerome County this week on charges of felony aggravated battery on a police officer with a weapons enhancement.
Home Invasion Case Sent To District Court
Four suspects in a home invasion in Dietrich are facing arraignment in 5th District Court.  After testimony in a Lincoln County courtroom yesterday Wednesday  Magistrage Judge Mark Ingram concluded that there was probable cause to send the case to District Court.
