(AP) - Students at Idaho's public universities will pay $274 to $356 more in tuition next year. The increases approved Wednesday by the state Board of Education are relatively modest compared to those set in recent years as the universities looked to offset declines in state funding.
U of I Reaches Agreement With Family Of Slain Co-ed

(AP) - The University of Idaho has reached a settlement with the family of graduate student Katy Benoit, who was killed in August by a former professor she had dated. The state Board of Education is expected to consider the agreement at a meeting later this week, according to two sources with knowledge of the settlement.
