Sun Valley is one of the most beautiful areas in Idaho. It's also known to be a little pricey. Tell you something you don't know, right? That's especially true when it comes to buying a home in Sun Valley. According to Zillow, this is the least expensive home currently on the market and it will run you a cool, $499,000.

There are a couple things to note here. First, if you do a search for a "home" for sale in Sun Valley, you'll see that there are twenty bazillion - only a slight exaggeration - townhouses and condos that will come up. Some may even say "house", but when you look at the details, you realize it's really a condo.
