Twin Falls Man Arrested After High Speed Chase

win Falls man was arrested this week after leading police on a high speed chase in Twin Falls.  Police say 42 year old Danny Egelston failed to stop for a county deputy when he tried to pull him over for an apparent traffic infraction.  Egelston allegedly led the deputy on a high speed chase through several intersections finally pulling over at the intersection of South Washington and Orchard Ave.  Police report they found several items in Egelston’s vehicle including marijuana, a syringe, a scale, metal pipe and several other items of drug paraphernalia.  They also report he was uncooperative during the stop.  He now faces a preliminary hearing on March 30^th for felony violations and April 24^th for misdemeanor violations.
