TWIN FALLS (NewsRadio1310) - Safe Harbor in Twin Falls is asking for the public's help after being burglarized twice over the holiday weekend.

Tools and food were stolen, and Safe Harbor sustained property damage.

Fridges and cupboards were already very low after giving out over 200 food boxes in December.

President of the Board of Directors Julie Pizarro said, "After these incidents, we are in desperate need of help from our community to restock shelves and continue fulfilling our mission in 2016."

Safe Harbor needs canned and boxed food, refrigerated and frozen food items, and monetary donations are also being accepted.

To make a donation, drop off at Safe Harbor, 213 5th Avenue West (behind Twin Falls Sr. Center) Monday-Thursday from 10am-5pm. Or call Julie at 208-751-3311 or Sarah at 208-316-7745.
