Two Injured In Late Evening Crash
The Idaho State Police say two area residents were sent to the hospital last evening after a two vehicle crash west of Twin Falls on Highway 30. That accident happened just after 9 o’clock last night.
Police say 40 year old Candida Reinke of Filer was southbound on 2600 E at the intersection of US30. Reinke entered the intersection, where her vehicle was struck by another vehicle driven by 51 year old Cletus Abbott 1 of Hollister. Both Reinke and Abbott were transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center in Twin Falls. Neither driver was wearing a seatbelt, and alcohol is not believed to have been a factor. The crash is still under investigation. Their condition is not known at this time.
