If you thought you saw a blue angel over the skies of Twin Falls yesterday, you were correct. A familiar blue FA-18 Hornet touched down at the Magic Valley Regional Airport yesterday in preparation for this summer's Air Magic Valley Airshow. This is the second time the planes will have performed in Twin Falls. The last time they performed was back in 2008. Twin Falls is one of the smallest cities the Blue Angels will visit on their 34-show tour across the nation,  and organizers are hoping to draw close to 30,000 to 50,000 people during the two-day event in July. Air Show Director Jim O’Donnell says the Navy flight team is always a big draw.  Depot Grill General Manager Don Olson says with crowds like the ones that turn out for the Blue angels the whole town benefits.  The Blue Angels, as well as the Army’s Golden Knights Parachute Team, will be performing July 28 and 29 at the Twin Falls Regional Airport.
