Hailey, Idaho (KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV) - The National Weather Service in Pocatello has issued a Flash Flood warning for central Blaine county until 5:45 p.m.

This includes the towns of Hailey and Bellevue due to strong slow moving storms over the Wood River Valley.

At 3 p.m. MDT National Weather Service radar indicated a strong storm producing heavy rains moving towards the Greengulch road area of the Beaver Creek burn area.

Storms are expected to continue through the afternoon and evening and the threat of flash flooding is high due to the bare burn scares from the Beaver Creek fire last year.
