In Idaho, someone needs blood every 20 minutes, and there's no substitute for blood. It can only be collected from voluntary donors and the demand is constant.
The American Red Cross will be in Rupert to collect blood on Monday, May 5, at the City Building, 624 F. Street from 12 to 6.
