  • The University of Idaho is offering this enrichment course, presented by Grace Wittman and Rhea Lanting. This class will cover the food safety aspects of home preservation, freezing and water bath canning, pressure canning and drying of foods.
  • Class dates are November 5, 7, 12, and 14 from 6-8pm plus a Lab on November 10 from 6-8pm. The course takes place at Twin Falls County Extension.
  • Cost is $35 (includes notebooks, publications, and lab supplies)
