POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — A dispute over the cost of plumbing work has landed an Idaho man in jail. Police say 58-year-old Laurence McClellan of Pocatello was arrested Monday after reportedly threatening a customer with a gun.

He faces an aggravated battery charge. The customer called police shortly after 6 p.m. to report that he had argued with McClellan over the phone over the cost of some plumbing work McClellan had done at his house.

The man said McClellan then came to his house, displayed a handgun and threatened to shoot him. Police say McClellan left the house, but was arrested a short distance away.
