Idaho Second Amendment Alliance Outlines Castle Doctrine

The Idaho Second Amendment Alliance and members can’t be accused of being wallflowers!

Greg Pruett from the Alliance joined us on Top Story with the goal of clearing up some confusion about the group’s 2018 legislative agenda.  He admits the subject of firearms and the Second Amendment stokes passions with many people.

During the course of one hour he delved into some disagreements over the wording of laws and he fielded multiple questions from the audience.

There does seem to be a growing consensus current law could be clearer.  Last year there were two competing bills introduced.  Both came from legislators sharing a geographic footprint.  State Representative Christy Zito and State Senator Bert Brackett.  It’s my hope we can get all parties on-air for a discussion during legislative session.  You can hear Greg Pruett below:
