POCATELLO, Idaho (AP) — A Pocatello taxi company is making some changes after one of its drivers was arrested for excessive DUI. Taxi driver Harley Harold Arrants III was arrested at around 2 a.m.

Thursday by officers responding to calls reporting hearing a car crash. Officers found two parked vehicles had been struck and detected alcohol on the breath of Arrants, who also failed a field sobriety test. Yellow Cab owner Charley Potter tells KPVI-TV that the company will install breath-alcohol detectors and require drivers to use them before, during and after their shifts.

Potter also notes he works to prevent DUIs by offering free cab rides during the holidays. Potter says Arrants was fired.
