Jobless numbers in the Magic Valley are looking better.  The unemployment rate in Twin Falls County for this year has dropped a full percentage point to 4.9 percent.  That’s the lowest since the economic crunch hit in 2008.  Labor officials say there are several factors bringing down the jobless numbers including  more new jobs, more online job opportunities, and the rising consumer confidence level.  Officials say  the workforce is coming back, with more new businesses being built around the area and therefore the labor force needed has gone up.  They also cite  the creation of additional jobs from Chobani as having had a major impact.
