Man Stopped at Boise Airport for Loaded Gun

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Police say a southwest Idaho man carried a loaded handgun into a security checkpoint at the Boise Airport. He has been cited with a misdemeanor. Boise police say Transportation Security Administration agents found the weapon at 5:55 a.m. Thursday and notified police. Police didn't release the man's name or provide details on the weapon. Authorities say it's the fourth time this year a loaded firearm has been found at a Boise Airport security checkpoint.
