It happened near 1400 East, 4400 North.  A 2000 Crown Victoria was found just after 8:00 yesterday morning crashed into a building. Two males under the age of 18 were found inside the vehicle.  The driver of the vehicle died, the passenger was taken to St. Alphonsus Medical Center in Boise, where he remains in critical condition.
