Idaho State Police say a crash that occurred Tuesday afternoon blocked State Highway 50 near Hansen for about two hours. 37 year old Joshua Stallings of Weiser was driving a semi-truck loaded with roofing materials when he swerved to avoid a vehicle that pulled in front of his truck from 3900 North Road.
Dust Storm Causes 18-Vehicle Pileup On I-84
The Idaho State Police along with Jerome and Minidoka County deputies worked into the late evening Wednesday clearing wreckage from Interstate 84. There were a total of 18 vehicles involved in crashes over a seven mile stretch of the interstate near Paul. A storm front with high winds moved through that area shortly after 5 o’clock yesterday afternoon churning up dust from freshly tilled fields in the area making visibility very difficult.
Four Hospitalized Following Crash East Of Twin Falls
Four people were taken to St. Lukes Regional Medical Center in Twin Falls late Monday night following a two vehicle crash on SH 50 east of Twin Falls. In a release the Idaho State Police say 27 year old Karly Diage of Twin Falls was traveling north on 3800 East Road when she pulled into the path of a vehicle on SH 50 being driven by 25 year old Kallie Carney of Paul.
Police Arrest Twin Falls Man After I-84 Crash
A Twin Falls man ins behind bars after police say he caused an accident on I-84 last evening. Idaho State Police received the call around 6 p.m. Wednesday regarding a 2-vehicle injury crash in the westbound lane of I-84 near the Gooding and Jerome County line. The State Police say 51 year old Mark Leonard of Twin Falls was traveling at a high rate of speed when he attempted to pass between a semi-truck and another vehicle driven by 39 year old Dexter Tiggs of Gooding. Leonard's vehicle struck the passenger side of Tiggs' vehicle causing it to go into a slide. Tiggs' vehicle went into the median where it rolled one time, coming to rest on its wheels.

Motorcycle Crash Kills One, Injures One Near Twin Falls
One person was killed after a motorcycle crash in Twin Falls Saturday night. It happened just before 9:30 p.m. on 3300 East road. 23 year old Brandon Gratriex of Susanville, Ca, and his passenger, 20 year old Kesia Lewis of Twin Falls, were riding a 2006 Kawasaki Motorcycle southbound on 3300 East.
