(AP) - Personal income in Idaho  jumped 5.4 percent from 2010. That's three-tenths of a percentage point higher than nationally and ranks Idaho 11th. The U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis says significant growth in net earnings drove the increase.

Democratic lawmakers rolled out their plan to create jobs this morning.  IJOBS 2.0  is made up of six bills ranging from tax credits to an accountability measure.
