The investigation of a shooting south of Murtaugh last month that left one man dead is still underway.  Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs tells the Times News that investigators right now are waiting for results from evidence sent to the crime lab.

A murder trial for a Rupert man accused of killing his brother won’t be happening in the near future.  Damon Azure has been held in the Twin Falls County Jail since being arrested for killing his brother, 31 year old Seanachan Azure, near Twin Falls Park on February 12th north of Kimberly.

Northern Idaho's Kootenai County will join a lawsuit being drafted by Twin Falls County seeking to upend the state's new redistricting plan. Kootenai County commissioners on Tuesday asked the county prosecutor to intervene.

It will be awhile longer before a Nevada man will find out if he faces the death penalty after a shooting and hostage drama that played out at a Twin Falls hotel earlier this year.
