Southern Idaho is full of history. I mean, half the state has some kind of tribute to Lewis and Clark and the Oregon Trial. Some of the most historical places you can visit are right here in the Magic Valley and around us.
Some Magic Valley restaurants decided to reserve a table for the 13 service members who lost their lives last week. At those reserved tables were 13 empty chairs and 13 beers in honor and remembrance of those who gave the ultimate sacrifice.

If you are looking for some places to go on a day trip, maybe go swimming or fishing, these lakes are perfect. They are close enough for a day trip and can be a lot of fun. These lakes are anywhere from 30 minutes to about 3 hours away.

The 2021 Easter weekend outlook for the Magic Valley is one of the warmest I can recall in recent years. That is, unless the southern Idaho weather does what we all know it's capable of doing in the next few days.
The Snug Bar and Grill in Eden made the announcement on Monday, March 8th that they will be closing their doors for the time being. As of right now we are still trying to find out if it is a permanent or temporary closure.
