Reminder: Catch A Glimpse of Comet Pan-STARRS Starting Tonight

Weather Catches Magic Valley Motorists Off Guard

Freezing rain yesterday morning caught several Magic Valley motorists off guard and caused several accidents.  Clear Lakes Grade north of Buhl was closed for a time while police investigated an accident in which a milk truck rolled due to slick roads.

Flooding Worries Minimal

In spite of above average precipitation and snowpack in southern Idaho this year state officials aren’t expecting any serious flooding.  The National Weather Service says just exactly what will happen as far as flooding remains to be seen since most of the problems occur in late May.
