Today 7/23/13 On Top Story – Picking The Perfect Jury

9:00 a.m.  Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs will be on Top Story today with Kelly Klaas and Jill Skeem.  He will have information on the "Alford Plea".  He will also explain the "Stand Your Ground" law and lack of such a law in Idaho affects us.  He will also explain the art and science of picking the perfect jury.
