Since Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has been declared a POW in Afghanistan reports have been circulating that he walked away from his base and had even confided in his parents in Hailey that he was disillusioned with the war and wanted out.  Now, as efforts to free him are being escalated, could he be facing charges upon his return?
