Top Story Instapoll 2/8/12:Should Animals Be Give The Same Rights As Humans?

People For The Ethical Treatment Of Animals (PETA) is suing Sea World claiming their use of five Orca whales in their shows constitutes slavery and that the animals should be covered under the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.  A judge is considering the argument.  What do you think?
