First hour - Steve Hartgen's bill int he Idaho House would require state and city governments to have at least one failed bond election before attempting "judicial confirmation" by a judge for a long term debt. Some thing this would be a good idea while others see it as a waste of time and money since it will have to be done anyway. Also, the Parrot Heat Empty Bowl fundraiser is coming up Feb. 25th. Second hour - City Councilperson Rebecca Mills Sojka on the State of the City and more discussion on Hartgen's bill.
