First hour - Dr. Seuss and Leap Year...It's Read Across America Week. It was actually a close primay in Michigan between Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum. Also, Jerome County Sheriff Doug McFall and Jerome County Commissioner Charlie Howell get us up to date on the proposed new jail. Second hour - State of the City and a big THANKS to the American people for the brand new $750,000 soccer field at Guantanimo Bay, Cuba from the detainees. They really appreciate that!
