TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KTWT)- Traffic is down to one lane on eastbound I-84 near Wendell after a semi truck catches fire. Idaho's First News is reporting traffic is being diverted on the Interstate west of Wendell at mile marker 150.

Fire crews have been able to put the fire out. A dragging chain may have sparked the fire. When police arrived on scene the driver said he was carrying batteries in his trailer. No word on when the road will be cleared and reopened.

Update (7/16 @ 5:30) - Officials say crews have cleared both lanes of traffic on I-84 E.
