Twin Falls Man Faces Trial For Walmart Incident

A Twin Falls man has a court date in April after he allegedly threatened a Muslim woman at a Twin Falls store.

42 year old John C. Larsen entered a plea of not guilty in 5th District Court in Twin Falls yesterday.  Larsen is charged with malicious harassment after he allegedly threatened the woman at the Twin Falls Walmart store on December 22nd.  Larsen allegedly yelled at the woman and said he had a concealed weapon.  A gun was later found by police in Larsen’s car outside the Walmart store.  Larsen faces five years in prison and a $5000 fine if convicted.  The trial date is set for April 19th.
