Most people enjoy eating fast food. It can be either because you don't want to cook, you enjoy what it tastes like, you have a craving, or several other reasons. Those who do enjoy fast food, typically have a place that is their favorite and go to place. Living in the Magic Valley,  many of these fast food chains only have one or two locations, which is why when one of them closes or makes a change, it can be devastating. One fast food restaurant in the Magic Valley has made a change recently that is refusing service to some customers and it has some upset in the area.

Recently, Taco Bell in Twin Falls made a change, and it was somewhat upsetting. They had a sign on their door that notified customers that they were only offering drive-thru, delivery, or takeout. For many, this won't be a big deal, as few people go into fast food restaurants and sit down to eat, but for others, this is a major disappointment. Some like to sit down and eat their meal as they are out running errands, or for those coming off the interstate, they are looking to stretch their legs, get out of the car, and perhaps use the restroom. The sign has since been removed, and it is unknown if this was temporary, going to happen sparingly, or will be ongoing moving forward.

Some have expressed frustration over the change, as some walk and would like to be warm inside ordering their food and eating. For those individuals, this doesn't mean you can't get Taco Bell, but will have to do so in a different way. You can order online and have the food delivered to you at your destination or can pick it up. If looking for a warm place to enjoy your meal, Taco Bell is conveniently located in the Magic Valley Mall parking lot, allowing customers to take their food into the mall to sit and eat. When reached out to Taco Bell for the reason for the sign, no call was returned, but many suspected it was due to a lack of staffing, which may explain the sign being removed.

The hope is that this was a temporary situation, but with many places hurting for staffing, as well as it being flu and sick season, it could be an ongoing occurrence. If Taco Bell was forced to do this due to staffing, what is to stop other fast food restaurants from doing the same? For now, enjoy that Taco Bell is still open and that you can enjoy their food, but you may have to do so a different way.
