Twin Falls Lawyer Appointed as District Judge
The Fifth Judicial District in southern Idaho has a new judge on the bench. Gov. C.L. "Butch" Otter announced the appointment of attorney Ben Cluff to fill the vacant seat left by Judge Richard Bevan.
