Rogerson

Twin Falls County Sheriff's deputies and search and rescue crews found a 2-year-old boy from Rogerson wandering two miles from his home up in the hills.  Lori Stewart with the Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office says the call came in around 4 p.m. when his mom noticed he wasn't playing in the yard anymore with his siblings.

All of the fires that started over the weekend were brought under control yesterday.  Kyli Astle with the BLM says there have been no more fires reported.

One large wildfire continues to burn in the Magic Valley area this morning.  The Point Fire is  burning about 10 miles to the south of Rogerson. It was sparked Saturday night and is believed to be lighting caused.

A series of lightning-caused wildfires in south-central Idaho that had burned about 58 square miles of mostly grass and brush by Sunday were either contained or close to being contained by fire crews called into the area.

The U.S. Bureau of Land Management has released a draft environmental analysis for the proposed 400-megawatt China Mountain wind farm  near the Idaho-Nevada border.
