According to Idaho law, each of Idaho's two congressional districts must be re-drawn so that each has an equal number of people in it, and each of Idaho's legislative districts must have a population no more than 10% of every other legislative district.

The Idaho Reporter reports that "The Maptitude software is open to the public, with 180 people signing up to start drawing their own legislative boundaries, according to Keith Bybee with the Legislative Services Office. So far, five completed maps have been submitted to the commission."
