A 19-year-old Filer man has admitted to a drive-by shooting that took place early Sunday morning. Kristofer Hass is in jail — charged with felony discharge of a firearm within city limits, malicious injury to property and unlawful discharge of a firearm at a house or dwelling. Twin Falls Police say he admitted to shooting between 18 and 25 rounds in the area of Vista Drive and Vista Circle at about 4:30 a.m. Sunday. They say there was a woman and her child in the house at the time of the shooting. Nobody was hit, but several cars and one home were damaged.
