(KLIX)-The Idaho Transportation Department is wanting the publics help in building a road
map for the next five years. Its not actually a map, but a plan for
transportation projects in the state called Idaho Tranportation Investment
Program. ITD is asking Idahoans to comment on some specific projects like
bicycle and pedestrian facilities, railroad crossing safety, airports and
others. Adam Rush, the public involvement coordinator with ITD says the five
year plan will help guide the department on whats needed for Idaho transportation. The comment period is ongoing until August 30th. e-mail them at comments@itd.idaho.gov The ITIP can be seen at itd.idaho.gov/itip
