Rupert Man Re-Charged With 1st Degree Murder

A Rupert man is again charged with first degree murder after the original first degree murder charge was dropped.  32 year old Damon Azure was indicted by a grand jury this week for the apparent shooting death of his brother, 31 year old Seanachan Azure.

The shooting occurred on February 12th near Twin Falls Park north of Kimberly.  Besides the murder charge, Damon Azure is also charged with resisting and obstructing officers.  A hearing on that charge is scheduled for March 6th.  He’s currently being held in the Twin Falls County Jail without bail.
