A Twin Falls man is in the custody of the Twin Falls Police after being arrested for allegedly trafficking in marijuana. 21 year old Trey Tickner was arrested February 14th after a lengthy investigation and a sting operation where Tickner allegedly sold some marijuana to a confidential informant on more than one occasion.
Survey Indicates Marijuana Use Up By Idaho Students
A recent survey seems to indicate that drug and marijuana usage among Idaho students may be trending upward The 2011 Idaho Youth Risks Behavior Survey released this month by the Idaho State Dept. of Education indicates that 18.8-percent of Idaho’s high school students say they had used marijuana at least once within the last month. That’s a five percent increase over 2009. 65 percent said they had at least one drink of alcohol during their lifetime.
