Top Story Instapoll 11/15/11:The Death Penalty

Paul Ezra Rhoades is scheduled to die by lethal injection in Boise on Friday at 8 a.m.  There are those who think the death penalty is "cruel and unusual punishment and it should be abolished to give them a chance to become "better people in prison."  Others say it is a deterrent to crime in spite of what the statistics claim.  What do you think?  Vote Here
